The film is set in Tuscany, and focuses on a British writer and a French antiques dealer, whose relationship undergoes an odd transformation over the course of a day. Juliette Binoche and William Shimell are absolutely perfect in this absorbing, existential drama that dissects the nature of their relationship, and human relationships, in general, which gets both more revealed and concealed as the day progresses.
