Rosalba is an unappreciated housewife traveling by tourist bus on a family vacation. She is inadvertently left behind at a rest stop of the tourist bus. Rather than wait for the bus to return she decides to hitch-hike home, but, on a whim, she gets dropped off in Venice…where a new life awaits her.
