Salvo and Valentino, childhood friends, are partners in owning a colorful tourist bus. Salvo it is an enterprising bachelor – he has just recruited, as an assistant, a blonde with no references but with other virtues – while Valentino is engaged to a hostess who has had enough and wants to dump him.
